摘  要:采用流线曲率法对一台三级轴流压气机在三种不同出口流道情况下的流场进行了分析,在变工况计算中还以设计点数据为依据应用了“流场诊断”技术。分析表明,压气机的外特性——压比和效率随流量的变化关系及喘振边界——受到了下游部件结构比较严重的影响,内部流场所受的影响在末级叶片上特别显著。这可归结为出口流场径向畸变的影响。从本质上看,它比入口流场畸变问题更难解决。A model for depicting the laminar mixed heat convection by forced laminar flow and free convection inside a tube with nonhomgeneous heating from the upper half and isolating from the lower half is established. The heat conduction in the tube wall and the nonhomogenity of fluid have been considered in the model and the influences of different fluid (water and water solution of ethylene glycol) and different heat flux directions are studied. Experiments on the mixed heat convection in a horizontal tube with nonhomogeneous heating from the upper half and isolating from the lower half are conducted. Results obtained from theory and experiments in horizontal tube reveal the effects of gravity on the laminar heat convection. The necessary theoretical and experimental basis for the ground simulating experiments on the heat transfer of radiator in the airspace micro gravity environment is thus provided.
