摘  要:目的:探讨半导体激光结合电凝疗法治疗下肢大隐静脉曲张的临床效果。方法:应用英国剑桥大学生产的DIOMED半导体激光结合电凝治疗,于下肢大隐静脉置入激光纤维,行激光腔内照射,使静脉壁闭合。对分支小的交通支及静脉团,以高频电刀进行静脉腔内电凝,使其闭塞,术后患肢用弹力绷带加压包扎。结果:平均住院3.5d。平均手术时间(25±4)min。无并发症。术后随访1—10个月,效果良好。结论:采用微创技术的半导体激光静脉腔内照射结合高频电刀腔内电凝疗法治疗下肢静脉曲张,手术安全,痛苦小,疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the clinical results of semi-conductor laser incorporated with electrocautery in the treatment of lower limb varicose vein Methods In patients with lower limb viscosity a laser fiber was inserted into the saphenous vein, and laser irradiation was introduced to obturate the venous lumen with DIOMED semiconductor laser generator. For small communicating branches and bulbous varicose vein, high-frequency electric cautery was used. Elastic bandage was applied postoperatively. Results The average hospital stay was 3.5 d. The mean operation time was 25 ± 4 min. Follow-up study from 1 to 10 months showed satisfactory resulted with no severe complications. Conclusion Mini-invasive treatment with semi-conductor laser incorporated with high frequency electric cautery for lower limb varices shows a safety and satisfactory therapy with minimal pain and injury.
