摘  要:运用取向分布函数(ODF)分析了50W600电工钢不同退火工艺退火织构的演变及织构对电磁性能的影响,利用织构数据计算了无取向硅钢的磁晶各向异性能。研究表明,较高的退火温度或较长的保温时间,再结晶织构α线的取向密度下降,{100}<011>和{211}<011>取向密度急剧降低,γ线{111}<112>密度显著增加,晶粒取向绝大多数聚集在γ线{111}<112>取向附近;低温退火有助于提高无取向硅钢有利织构{100}<UVW>的占有率。磁晶各向异性能计算结果表明无取向硅钢也存在磁各向异性。With the help of orientation distribution funcfion(ODF) analysis, experiments of different annealing were conducted to study the recrystallization texture of 50W600 electrical steel and the relationship between texture and magnetic property of the steel was also investigated. The magnetic anisotropy energy of non-oriented silicon steel was calculated out by using ODF data of the recrystallization texture. The results show that the density of recrystallization texture on a-fibre is weakened and the intensity of {100} 〈 011 〉 and {211 } 〈 011 〉 is greatly decreased but the { 111 } 〈 112 〉 intensity on γ-fibre is significantly increased, and the accumulation of grain orientations are characterized by a strong γ-fibre at {111} 〈 112 〉 for the steel after annealing at higher temperature or for longer time. The lower temperature-annealing is favorable to develop the cold rolling non-oriented electrical steels with strong {100} 〈 UVW 〉 texture component. The calculated results of magnetic anisotropy energy reflect the variations of magnetic property with direction.
