摘 要:为了探讨中国尾凤蝶翠凤蝶亚属(Princeps)的系统发生关系,本文对中国产10种翠凤蝶亚属蝴蝶的细胞色素氧化酶Ⅰ(COⅠ)基因(约627bp)、细胞色素氧化酶Ⅱ(COⅡ)基因部分序列(约690bp)进行了分析。在获得的1317个位点中,有184个变异位点,144个简约信息位点;表现出明显的A+T含量(74.2%)偏倚。采用MP、ML法构建了分子系统树,结果显示:达摩翠凤蝶(P.demoleus)、巴黎翠凤蝶(P.paris)可能是中国最早起源的翠凤蝶亚属的蝴蝶,与其它翠凤蝶亚属蝴蝶的亲缘关系较远;碧翠凤蝶(P.bianor)、波绿翠凤蝶(P.polyctor)、穹翠凤蝶(P.dialis)和短尾翠凤蝶(P.doddsi)的亲缘关系较近;窄斑翠凤蝶(P.arcturus)、克里翠凤蝶(P.krishna)、绿带翠凤蝶(P.maackii)和西番翠凤蝶(P.syfanius)的亲缘关系较近。结果同时表明:短尾翠凤蝶和穹翠凤蝶没有序列差异,碧翠凤蝶和波绿翠凤蝶序列差异为0.15%,因此短尾翠凤蝶是穹翠凤蝶的同物异名。In order to study phylogenetic relationships among Princeps species of China, partial CO Ⅰ (about 627 bp) and CO Ⅱ (about 690 bp) gene sequence from 10 species of Princeps in China were analyzed. There were 184 variable sites and 144 parsimony-informative sites in the 1 317 nucleotides of the data, Princeps exhibited a 74.2% Arginine and Thymine bias. Molecular phylogenetic trees were reconstructed using maximum parsimony (MP) method and maximum likelihood (ML) method. The molecular phylogenetic trees showed that P. demoleus, P. paris perhaps was the basal to other Princeps species from China. For P. bianor, P.polyctor, P. dialis and P. doddsi, results suggested that relationships among them were closer. The relationships among P. arcturus, P. Krishna, P. maackii and P. syfanius were also closer. There was no sequence divergence between CO Ⅰ and CO Ⅱ gene sequences of P, dialis and P. doddsi, and the sequence divergence between P. bianor and P.polyctor was 0.15%. The results indicated that P. doddsi should be treated as synonym of P. dialis, and P.polyctor should be treated as synonym of P. bianor .
