摘　　要：人工晶状体经历了50余年的发展,一直在不断地被改良,对推动白内障手术的迅速发展起着积极的作用。选择一种合适的人工晶状体对白内障患者术后获得较好的视觉效果有着十分重要的意义。本文将对不同类型人工晶状体的特点和如何选择合适的人工晶状体作一评述。With the rapid development in cataract operation, characteristics and types of intraocular lens have been improving and altering all along in over fifty years. The correct selection for intraocular lens is significant for cataract patient to get better vision after operation. Description of characteristics and selection of the intraocular lens are summarized.
