摘  要:宝钢分公司多条冷轧生产线的过程控制计算机使用了日立控制系统。其中,三期机组初步尝试三电一体化控制,但其画面实现的数据量大,编程步骤繁琐,主机与人机接口的交互也比较复杂,三期后加入了半基本软件,可视化的编程环境和明确的操作规程使系统的维护和改进更为便利,但其画面实现步骤次序被严格限定,实现平台也仅限于Win NT4.0系统。“十一五”规划项目正在进行中,开发软件工具和半基本软件已使用.Net版本,画面编制步骤灵活性更强,操作系统更扩展到Windows XP Professional等通用系统,三电一体化画面的实现获得进一步的发展。The Hitachi Process Control System has been used in process control computers for Baosteel Branch' s cold rolling production lines. A production line for Phase m project has tried the EIC integration control for the first time. As the integration involved huge amount of data for its menu functions and overloaded programming procedures, the interaction between the host computer and VDU (video display unit) was rather complicated. In Post-Phase Ⅲ Project, middleware was introduced into the cold rolling item. The system maintenance and improvement became easier with the help of a visual programming environment and specific operation regulations. The HMI implementation process is strictly limited and the OS platform is constrained to Win NT 4.0. When it comes to the Eleventh Five- Year Plan period, with. Net featured software kit and middleware, the HMI implementation has gained further development because the system has a more flexible picture programming procedure and its OS platform has been expanded to general systems like Windows XP Professional.
