细胞型血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶Ⅱ活力与急性脑梗死的关系

摘　　要：目的研究细胞型血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶Ⅱ（PAF-AHⅡ）活力与急性脑梗死的关系。方法采用PAF-AHⅡ活力检测试剂盒检测120例不同病程、梗死面积及病情的急性脑梗死患者的PAF-AHⅡ活力,并与健康对照组比较。结果脑梗死组病程1d、2-3d、4-7dPAF-AHⅡ活力明显高于健康对照组（均P〈0.01）,病程8-14d与健康对照组差异无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）;病程1d、2-3d、4-7d大面积脑梗死组的PAF-AHⅡ活力比中、小面积脑梗死组明显增高（均P〈0.05）,病程8~14d两组间差异无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）;病程≤7d脑梗死患者的PAF-AHⅡ活力与病情严重程度呈正相关（r=0.31,P〈0.05）,病程8-14d脑梗死患者的PAF-AHⅡ活力与病情严重程度无相关性（P〉0.05）。结论PAF-AHⅡ活力与急性脑梗死的发生、发展有密切关系,并对判断脑梗死的严重程度有一定意义。Objective To investigate the relation between activity of platelet-activating factory-acetyhydrolase （PAF-AH） Ⅱ and acute cerebral infarction. Methods The activity of PAF-AH Ⅱ was measured using PAF-AH Ⅱ assay kit. The data from 120 patients with different course of disease, infarction area and neurological deficits and from 30 healthy controls were compared. Results The activities of PAF-AH Ⅱ of 1 d, 2 - 3 d ,4 - 7 d after onset of cerebral infarction groups were significantly higher than that of control group（ all P 〈0. 01 ） ,while the activity of PAF- AH ⅡI of the 8 - 14 d after onset of cerebral infarction group was no obvious higher than that of the control group（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The activities of PAF-AHⅡ of patients with large area infarction were higher than that of patients with moderate or small area infarction（ all P 〈0. 05 ） in 1 d, 2 - 3 d,4 - 7 d, but in 8 - 14 d after onset of the disease the activity of PAF-AH Ⅱ has no notable difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The degree of neurological deficits was positively e, orrelatod with the activity of PAF-AH Ⅱ in ≤ 7 d of course of disease （ r =0. 31, P 〈 0. 05 ） and was not correlated with the activity of PAF-AH Ⅱ in 8 - 14 d. Conclusion The activity of PAF-AH Ⅱ has certain relation to acute cerebral infarction and may be of value in predicting the severity of the disease.
