摘　　要：报告1例伴反应性浆细胞增生症及全血细胞减少的干燥综合征。患者女,53岁。口、眼干燥3个月。实验室检查示全血细胞减少,抗SSA/SSB抗体阳性,双侧泪流量2mm/5min,角膜荧光染色阳性,下唇黏膜活检示涎腺间质内见多灶淋巴细胞浸润,骨髓活检示浆细胞比例增高,偶见幼稚浆细胞。诊断为干燥综合征并发反应性浆细胞增生症。A case of reactive plasmacytosis and pancytopenia in a patient with primary Sjǒgren＇s syndrome （pSS） is reported. A 53-year-old woman presented with dry mouth and eye, decayed tooth. Laboratory tests showed： pancytopenia, positive anti-SS-A and anti-SS-B antibodies, strongly positive Schirmer test （2mm/5 min, bilaterally）, and positive cornea fluorescein staining. Lower labial salivary gland biopsy showed several clusters of 〉50 mononuclear cells/4 mm^2 in the BM aspirate. Plasma cells were high. A diagnosis of reactive plasmacytosis associated with pSS was made.
