摘  要:以生物测定及羧酸酯酶活性测定方法,检测了福州地区桔全爪螨对有机磷的抗药性。结果表明:(1)桔全爪螨对有机磷普遍产生抗药性:(2)桔全爪螨对有机磷的抗药性与体内羧酸酯酶活性增加有关;(3)与生物测定方法相比,羧酸酯酶活性测定方法能迅速而又准确地检测桔全爪螨对有机磷的抗药性。The resistance to phosphor-containing organic pesticide in citrus red mite (Panonyghus citri)collected from seven orchards in Fuzhou by bioassays and examination of carboxylesterase activity was tested.The results indicated(1)the resistance in the mite to phosphor-containing organic pesticide was generally proved,(2)the resistance to phosphor-containing organic pesticide was relative to some increase in carboxylesterase activ- ity in the body and(3)in comparison with bioassay,estimating the carboxylesterase activity in the mite by esterase determination was a more rapid and accurate method for detecting re- sistance in the mite to phosphor-containing organic pesticide.
