陕西省眉县和华阴县农村已婚育龄妇女RTI/STD患病现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解陕西省眉县和华阴县农村已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染及性传播疾病(RTI/STD)患病现状及影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样方法抽取陕西省眉县和华阴县共4304例已婚育龄妇女进行RTI/STD的患病现状、相关知识和行为现况调查。结果RTI/STD总患病率为63.80%,慢性宫颈炎的患病率为60.84%,霉菌、滴虫、尖锐湿疣总患病率为8.20%。RTI/STD患病的影响因素有年龄、宗教信仰、家庭经济水平、丈夫外出打工时间、生育活产数、自然流产史、避孕方式、夏天洗澡地点、冬天洗澡周期、夫妻性生活周期。结论陕西省眉县和华阴县农村已婚育龄妇女RTI/STD患病率处于全国较高水平,家庭经济水平、个体婚育特征和卫生习惯是RTI/STD患病的主要影响因素。Objective To estimate the prevalence of child-bearing age women with reproductive tract infection （RTI） and sexually transmitted diseases （STD） and related factors in the rural areas of Shaanxi Province. Methods Totally 4 304 married women under 49-years old of Huayin and Meixian counties were selected by a stratified cluster sampling, and interviewed at home. Results The total prevalence of RTI/STD was 63.80%, and the prevalence of chronic cervicitis was 60.84%. The total prevalence of mycotic vaginitis, trichomonas vaginalis, and condyloma acuminatum was 8.20%. Related factors of RTI /STD would include age, religion, economic level of family, husbands＇ working time out of the town, number of live births, spontaneous abortion experience, contraception, place of taking bath in summer, frequency of taking bath in winter, and frequency of sexual intercourse. Conclusion The prevalence of RTI/STD in bearing-age married women in Shaanxi Province is higher than the average level in China. Economic status of the family, individual marriage and child-bearing characteristics, and hygiene habit are factors affecting RTI/STD prevalence.
