原发性腭扁桃体淋巴瘤CT诊断

摘　　要：目的：探讨原发性腭扁桃体非何杰金氏淋巴瘤（non-Hodgkin lymphoma,NHL）的CT检查及诊断。方法：搜集我院2003年5月～2006年11月期间的21例原发性腭扁桃体淋巴瘤,全部病例经CT检查,病理确诊。结果：21例扁桃体淋巴瘤中,右侧18例,左侧3例,表现为类圆形软组织肿块影,位于舌腭弓与咽腭弓之间的深窝（扁桃体窝）内,向外凸向口咽腔生长,均为单侧发病。结论：CT能清楚显示腭扁桃体淋巴瘤的大小、形态、范围、周围组织是否受侵犯及有无颈部淋巴结肿大,对临床诊断和治疗有重要的意义。Objective：To study the value of CT on the diagnosis of primary non-Hodgkin lymphoma （NHL） of palatine tonsil. Methods. Collecting 21 eases of primary lymphoma proved by pathology beween May 2003 and Nov 2006 in our hospital. All the cases were examined by non-enhanced and enhanced CT scan. Results：The masses were at right tonsil in 18 cases,at left tonsil in 3 cases,and were at one side in all cases. All the cases displayed round or oval soft tissue mass in tonsilar fossa. The masses protruded into pharynx. Conclusion： CT can display the mass dearly in the size, shape, extension, invasion of surrounding structure and jugular lymphnodes. CT has important value on the diagnosis and therapy of primary NHL of palatine tonsil.
