摘　　要：目的探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者的左心室功能及各临床变量与瘦素受体(LR)基因Gln223Arg变异的关系。方法用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)检测了EH组90例及正常对照组52例的LR基因Gln223Arg的变异,对2组的LR基因Gln223Arg的变异进行对照分析比较。同时检测了EH组及正常对照组的左心室功能及各临床变量,并进行对照分析比较。结果LR基因Gln223Arg变异的不同基因型在EH组与正常对照组之间分布频率差异无统计学意义;EH患者的左心室功能及各临床变量的变化与LR基因Gln223Arg不同基因型相关。结论EH患者的左心室功能及各临床变量的变化与LR基因Gln223Arg的变异有关。Objective： To explore whether the leptin receptor gene polymorphism was associated with heart function and clinical variables in essential hypertension （EH）. Method： Polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphisms （PCR-RELP） technique was used to detect the leptin receptor gene polymorphism. The study included ninety patients with EH and fifty-two healthy controls. Result：The frequency of leptin receptor genotypes in hypertensive in control was no significant difference, The leptin receptor gene polymorphism was associated with heart function and the clinical variables in EH, Conclusion：The heart function and the clinical varia bles in EH are associated with leptin receptor gene polymorphism.
