摘  要:目的观察疲劳对蟾蜍骨骼肌舒张性能的影响。方法利用不同频率的连续电刺激,在前负荷15克状态下,以不同重复率的连续电脉冲连续刺激蟾蜍离体坐骨神经腓肠肌标本5 m in,观察疲劳过程中肌肉收缩形式的演变,测定疲劳后单收缩的Fm ax、+dF/dtm ax、-dF/dtm ax、张力上升时程和张力下降时程。结果随疲劳程度加重和疲劳时间延长,肌肉收缩形式从单收缩向不完全强直收缩和完全强直收缩过渡;疲劳后-dF/dtm ax降低比Fm ax和+dF/dtm ax降低更明显,张力下降时程延长比张力上升时程延长更显著。结论疲劳对骨骼肌舒张性能的影响比对收缩性能的影响更显著。骨骼肌舒张性能指标可作为研究骨骼肌疲劳和抗疲劳的理想指标。Objective: To observe the effects of fatigue on skeletal muscle relaxation ability. Methods: Toad nervi isehiadieus - gastrocnemius with 15g preload were stimulated by electrical pulse in different frequencies for 5 minuts. The evolvements of contraction during fatigue were observed. After fatigue, the Fmax, + dF/dtmax, - dF/dtmax, contraction period and relaxation period of single twitch were determined. Results : With the fatigue becoming more serious or fatigue period becoming longer, the pattern of contraction became incomplete tetanus and complete tetanus progressively from single twitch. After fatigue,decrease of - dF/dtmax was more serious than the decrease of Fmax and + dF/dtmax, and prolongation of relaxation period was longer than that of contraction period. Conclusion: The effects of fatigue on skeletal muscle relaxation ability is more serious than on contractibility. Skeletal muscle relaxation indexes can be regarded as applied objective in studying skeletal muscle fatigue and antifatigue.
