健胃益气汤对胃粘膜损伤保护作用的形态学研究

摘　　要：目的研究预先给予健胃益气汤对大鼠无水乙醇致胃粘膜损伤的保护作用。方法①测量胃粘膜损伤指数。②取腺胃区组织制作切片并作H-E及PAS染色,光学显微镜观察胃粘膜组织的病理变化。结果健胃益气汤预防用药能减小胃粘膜损伤指数,减少炎症细胞浸润,增加粘膜粘液含量及厚度,与实验对照组比较,其差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论健胃益气汤具有良好的抗炎,抗胃粘膜损伤,增强胃粘膜保护和修复的能力。Objective To study the protective effects of GWYQT on alcohol - induced gastric mucosa damage of rats histologically. Methods Inhistologic observation, the stomach mucosa damage index were measured. The gland stomach tissues was taken and Paraffin sections were stained with H - E and PAS for histologic observation by LM. Results The experiments showed that GWYQT could decrease the damage index, reduce the number of inflammation cells and increase thicknesses of gastric mucus layer, which significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）from the experiment control group. Conclusion GWYQT play an important role of good anti - inflammation, anti - gastric mucosa damage, and strengthens stomach musoca protection.
