循证护理在一次性双向采血针临床应用中的实践

摘　　要：目的提高静脉穿刺采血的成功率,减轻病人痛苦,且最大限度减低血源性污染。方法对在我科静脉采血的1600例患者应用循证护理原理,从血管选择、穿刺方法、穿刺后接管方法三方面进行临床实践。结果运用循证护理进行实践的病人,静脉穿刺采血的成功率为99.87%,减轻了病人痛苦,减低了血源性污染,增加了病人满意度。结论应用循证护理指导一次性双向采血针的临床应用,促进了直接经验和间接知识在实践中综合应用,提高了静脉穿刺采血的成功率,增加了病人满意度,同时,最大限度减低了血源性污染,对保护操作者及减少环境污染起着一定作用。Objective： To improve the success ratio of the veinpuneture blood drawing, alleviate the patients＇ agony and reduce the blood pollution farthest. Methods ： Aplly the EBN theory to 1,600 cases of our department,put up the ckinical practice from the three aspects of vein selection,puncture method and the connecting tube method after puncture. Results： The vein puncture returs ratio was 97.8%. Cases suffering was alleviated. The blood pollution was decreased and patients＇ satifaction was added. Conclusion： Applying the EBN to instruct the clinical application of throwaway two way puncture needle,promote the integrated application of direct experience and indirect knowledge in the practice, advance the success rate of vein puncture blood drawing,add patients＇ satifaction and meanwhile, reduce the blood pollution farthest. It plays an important part in protecting handlers,and reducing environ -mental pollution.
