摘　　要：房地产业的发展受国家宏观政策、土地市场的调整、资金导向等多种因素影响，文章从七个方面论述我国未来房地产业的发展重心将从大中城市转向小城镇。The development of the real estate industry is influenced by the nation＇s microscopic policies, the adjustment of land markets, the direction of investment and some other factors. This article will focus, from 7 aspects, on the diversion of China＇s real estate development from big cities to small towns.
