塞北肉用型乌骨鸡早期生长发育规律及生长曲线拟合研究

摘　　要：肉用型乌鸡是通过丝羽乌鸡、山地乌鸡、本地柴鸡杂交选育而成．生产性能显著提高，60日龄体重、90日龄体重和40周龄体重以及90日龄屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸腿肌率比丝羽乌鸡及本地柴鸡高，差异显著（p〈0.05）或差异极显著（p〈0.01），但和山地乌鸡比，差异不显著（p〉0.05）．试验用logistic非线性动物生长模型拟合了塞北肉用型乌骨鸡1～14周龄的平均体重，进行生长曲线分析，结果表明：logistic方程能很好地拟合塞北肉用型乌骨鸡的生长过程，拟合度均在0.99以上，其生长的拐点时间为8．80周龄，拐点体重为744．75g，极限体重参数1489．Bred from three-line crossing among Caihei silkies, mountain silkies and local silkies, the Saibei meat-type silkies improved greatly in meat performence, with better results in body weights in chickens of 60-day age, 90-day age and 40-weak age, nestling-coefficient and breast-leg rate than those in silkies chicken and local chicken, but not significantly （P〉0. 05） compared with mountain silkies. The growth curves of the Saibei meat-type silkies from 1 to 14 weeks old were analyzed and fitted with Logistic model. The results indicated that the index of fitness （R2） of the model for body weight was very high （0. 99）. The Saibei meat-type silkies＇ turning point of the growth curve fitness is 8.80 weeks old and 744. 75gram. The terminal body weight parameter is 1 489. 50 gram.
