摘　　要：发展移动网络中信5P23 VoIP技术的主要目的,一是为了节省带宽,提高频谱利用率;二是为了提供话音和数据统一的接口和平台.VoIP在有着广阔发展前景的同时,也面临着一些挑战,首先介绍了VoIP在GPRS、UMTS中的应用框架和关键技术,其次讨论了它的QoS问题.The main targets to develop VolP technology of mobile network first are to save the band width and increase the utilization for spectrum, second is to offer uniform interface and platform with voice and data. VoIP has wide development prospect,but it also faces some challenges, such as QoS, how to utilize effectively spectrum and so on. Introduces the application framework and key technology of VoIP on GPRS, UMTS, discusses the QoS.
