摘  要:在应用计算机辅助设计技术进行离心泵的三维实体设计中,离心泵扩散管是由梯形断面到圆形断面过渡的不规则曲面,必须建立设计扩散管的数学模型。本文采用计算几何中的Bezier曲线,绘制出扩散管的中心线及垂直于中心线的断面图形,在MDT环境下进行放样,生成扩散管的三维实体造型,成功地解决了相关问题,并将此方法应用于离心泵的叶轮、悬架等零部件的三维实体造型设计,实现了离心泵整体三维造型设计。As centrifugal pump diffuser has irregular curved surface which transits from trapezoidal section to circular cross section, when using computer aided design technology to carry through the integrated design of centrifugal pumps, mathematical model of the diffuser needed to be built. In this paper, using Bezier curves which belongs to computational geometry, the diffuser centerline and the cross section which was vertical to the centerline were are drawn up, setting out with MDT, the three-dimensional sliding-model was formed and related problems was solved. This method was also used in the three-dimensional sliding-model of centrifugal pump impellers, suspensions and so on, actualized the integrated three - dimensional sliding model design of centrifugal pumps.
