B超检查与HCG诊断早孕的对比探讨

摘　　要：目的研究B超和HCG检测对早孕诊断的符合率。方法采用HCG试条对尿液进行检测;B超使用上海阿诺卡超声仪进行检测。结果该文研究了51例早孕妇女,均作了HCG检测及B超检查。结果用HCG方法检出早孕40例,符合率78.4%;用B超检出早孕50例,符合率98%。结论B超对早孕的检出较HCG敏感,在早孕诊断中具有非常重要的作用。Objective Compare with correspondence between ultrasound irradiation test and HCG diagnostic for the early pregnant. Methods To use HCG examination urine and uhrasonography among 51 early pregnant women. Results Of all the cases, there were 40 cases with HCG examination, ration of correspondence were 78.4%; there were 50 cases with ultrasonography, ration of correspondence were 98%. Conclusion Ultrasound irradiation test were more sensitive than that of HCG examination and-had very importance in diagnostic of the early pregnant.
