摘　　要：本文主要介绍早期及近现代公共行政研究的管理思想演变,并对如何理解公共行政研究中管理思想的新发展进行了剖析,指出应在关注公共行政价值的基础上更好地运用管理思想。This paper mostly presents the evolvement of the managerialism in studying of public administration from the past to modem times, analyzes how to understand the new development of the managerialism in studying of public administration, and points out that researchers should make better use of managerialism on the basis of paying attention to the value of public administration.
