摘　　要：从监理的角度介绍了平面尺寸为43.2m×40.5m、重量达670t、高度53m的中国石油大厦双向张弦索网钢结构屋盖的提升施工,强调了技术和管理、理论与实践相结合在解决高难度、高风险施工项目中的重要作用。Steel structure rooftop of China petroleum mansion which made from bidirectional stainless steel tight wire and with size 43.2m× 40.5m and weight 67000kN was lifted 53m high successfully.From the viewpoint of Construction Supervision, it was introduced that the combination of technology and management, and theory and practice play an important role in difficult and hazard project.
