摘　　要：平衡计分卡作为一种战略管理工具,能有效评价ERP战略绩效。本文针对企业实施ERP的特点,以平衡计分卡原理为基础,采用层次分析法,构建ERP平衡计分卡模型,并以企业实施ERP为例,采用Expert Choice软件分析了ERP平衡计分卡的应用。The Balanced Scorecard （BSC）, as a strategic management tool, can effectively measure the performance of ERP implemention. According to the characteristics of ERP implemention, based on the principle of the BSC and using the method of analytic hierarchy process, this paper proposes a model of ERP-BSC. In case study of enterprise implememtion of ERP, application of ERP-BSC is analyzed by using the software of Expert Chioce.
