摘　　要：目前,我国正处在体制转轨和社会结构的转型时期,以收入差距为突出标志的各种利益关系和利益矛盾的冲突,正使一系列影响社会稳定的问题不断显性化。正确分析和判断变革时期影响社会政治稳定的各种因素,并迅速出台一系列针对性的政策措施,已成为我国必须面对的一个重要问题。China is in systematic transformation and in the period transition of social structure. The conflict of various interests and contradictions highlights some problems of social stability represented by income gap. It has become an important problem for China to correctly analyze and judge various elements which influence social and political stability in the period of changes, and making a series of policies concerned is also quite necessary.
