蛭形巨吻棘头虫与其宿主的乳酸脱氢酶比较研究

摘　　要：用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对蛭形巨吻棘头虫体液分离乳酸脱氢酶同工酶，雄虫体液有４条酶带，第二条酶带相对活力为７３．７％；雌虫体液出现了３条酶带，第二条酶带相对活力为８３．３％，宿主血清分离出５条酶带，相对活力依次是ＬＤＨ１＞ＬＤＨ２＞ＬＤＨ３＞ＬＤＨ５＞ＬＤＨ４。用比色法测得雄虫体液的ＬＤＨ活性是雌虫的１．２倍，是宿主的１．６倍，雌虫体液的ＬＤＨ活性是宿主的１．４倍。本实验可根据该虫体ＬＤＨ同工酶谱的特殊性，合成、筛选对虫体ＬＤＨ同工酶有抑制作用。Using the method of PAGE,the authors have found that there are four LDH isoenzyme bands in the male body liquid,the relative activity of the second band is 73.7%.There are three LDH isoenzyme bands in the female body liquid,the relative activity of the second band is 83.3%;and there are LDH 1～5 isoenzyme bands in the hosts serum.Their relative activities are LDH 1>LDH 2>LDH 3>LDH 5>LDH 4.Compared with their LDH action,the male is 1.2 times as high as that of the female,1.6 times of hosts serum,the female is 1.4 times as high as the hosts serum.
