摘　　要：REACH法规已于2006年12月经欧洲议会通过，将于2007年6月1日正式实施。所小溪主的化工企业及其下游纺织企业中，很大一部份人还不知道REACH法规是什么？没有做任何准备工作。但是，向欧盟出口化工产品和纺织产品将面临注册、评估、许可过程中大量费用，导致出15／成本提高，将遇到严重障碍。在最后的半年不到的准备期中，首先必须充分了解REACH法规的主要内容和执行细则。The REACH Ragulation had been adopted by EU Parliament in December, 2006, and will be put into practice in June, 2007, yet still not a less part of domestic chemical enterprises and their down stream textile firms did＇nt know what it is, and so with what they should be well prepared for. The problems of what we will be faced with is what we exporting either Chmicals or textile products to EU. Should pay a lot of fee on Registration, Evaluation and Authorization processes and thus to raise our export costs and meet serious obstacles. Within less than half a year, what we need to prepare is to understand the major contents and their implementation rules and regulations thoroughly.
