日粮中不同黄芪水平对家兔血液理化指标及生长性能的影响

摘　　要：选用体重相近的90日龄生长发育健康的中国白兔32只,雌雄各半,随机分为对照Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组,每天依次在基础日粮中一次性添加01、0、203、0 g的黄芪粉,试验期30 d。结果显示,各试验组与对照Ⅰ组相比,明显提高了血液中血红蛋白的含量,各组间存在极显著差异(P<0.01);随添加黄芪粉剂量的加大,血清中白蛋白含量相应增加,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组间差异不显著(P>0.05),其余组间存在极显著差异(P<0.01);血清总蛋白、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶及乳酸脱氢酶含量均呈现先增高后降低的趋势,各组间存在极显著差异(P<0.01);血清葡萄糖含量变化趋势同总蛋白,当日添加量在203、0 g时,血清中葡萄糖的含量趋于稳定;Ⅱ组末重、净增重、平均日增重分别与Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组间差异不显著(P>0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别比对照Ⅰ组增重提高25.0%、12.5%、8.3%。基础日粮中添加黄芪粉以每日10 g为好,能显著提高饲料报酬及家兔的平均日增重。32 China albino rabbits （90-day-old） with similar weight,growth and development healthy,semis of female and male were selected.All rabbits were divided into test group Ⅰ （control）, test group Ⅱ, test group Ⅲ, test group Ⅳ, Astragalus powder was mixed and fed 30 days in the diets by 0 g, 10 g, 20 g,30 g in four different dosage separately.The results showed：hemoglobin in blood content of test group rabbits fed with Astragalus powder was higher than that of rabbits fed with control diets.Each group interclass had extreme different significantly （ P 〈0,01）. Albumen in blood serum of rabbits fed with large dosage of Astragalus powder was higher.Group Ⅲ was not different significantly than group Ⅳ （ P 〉 0.05） .The rest group had remarkable difference （ P 〈0.01）,Total serum protein,aspartate amino tmnsferase,lactic acid dehydrogenase showed first high after lower tendency. Each group interclass had extreme different significantly （ P 〈0,01）, Content change of serum glucose was similar with total protein, Content change of serum glucose tended to stable when Astragalus powder was fed in the diets by 20 g,30 g.End weight,net weight and average everyday increase weight of group Ⅱ had different significantly （ P 〈 0.05） than group Ⅰ, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ, lnterclass of Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ were not different significantly（ P 〉 0,05）. Weight of group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ was increased 25,0%,12,5% and 8,3% than that in control group Ⅰ. Astragalus powder fed rabbits with 10g dosage everyday in the diets was better,that could significantly increase forage reward as well as average everyday increase weight.
