摘  要:按生产中实用配方配制0~3,4~6、7周龄肉鸡基础日粮,测定其中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn含量并将测定值与计算值进行了比较分析。结果表明:各阶段肉鸡实用基础日粮含Fe 230.4~310.2mg/kg,Cu 11.9~16.6mg/kg,Zn 35.1-45.2mg/kg,Mn 10.4~16.3mg/kg,与需要量相比,Fe、Cu超标,Zn临界,Mn不足,说明基础日粮中含有一定量的微量元素但不均衡,因此,在确定微量元素补充量时需要考虑基础日粮微量元素水平。测定值和计算值的分析表明,基础日粮中Fe、Zn含量可以由饲料营养价值表加以估计,而Cu、Mn含量需要实际测定。Concentration of iron, copper, zinc and mangnaese in the practical basal diets of broiler chicks was determined.The result showed that the content of Fe, Cu, Zn and Mn in the basal diets was 230.34 - 310.21 mg/kg, 11.91 - 16.6 mg/kg, 35.1 - 45.2 mg/kg and 10.4 - 16.3 mg/kg, respectively. Compared with NRC(1994) ,the concent of Fe and Cu was higher than their requirement;Zn was marginal and only Mn was shortage.Therefore,the concentration of trace elements of basal diets should be considered for the requlrement.It was also indicated that basal dietary concentration of Fe and Zn could be obtained from the calculated result according to feed nutritive values,but may not fit for Cu or Mn,the analytical value of which seemed to be mere exact.
