血清C反应蛋白水平与2型糖尿病及肥胖的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:测定2型糖尿病患者的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,分析CRP与肥胖的相关性。方法:受试者精确测量身高、体质量,计算体质量指数(BMI)。同步检测空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素(FINS),计算胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)、胆固醇(CH)、甘油三脂(TG),用免疫比浊法测定CRP水平。结果:糖尿病组CRP水平与对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.05);无论是糖尿病组还是对照组,肥胖者的CRP水平与非肥胖者的CRP比较,差异显著(P<0.05),相关分析显示CRP与BMI(r=0.191,P=0.009)FINS(r=0.146,P=0.049)FPG(r=0.132,P=0.046)IR(r=0.140,P=0.045)TG(r=0.212,P=0.003)CH(r=0.263,P=0.002)均有相关性。结论:CRP可能是肥胖和2型糖尿病之间相关的主要因素。Objective：To measure the serum level of C-reactive protein （CRP） and analyze its correlation with obesity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods：The patients＇ heights and body weights were precisely measured,and body mass index （BMI） was calculated. The levels of fasting plasma glucose （FPG） and fasting insulin （FINS）, triglyceride, and cholesterol were measured, and the insulin resistance index was calculated. The level of CRP was detected by tmbidimetric immunoassay. Results：The level of CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was significantly higher than that in healthy controls. Both in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and healthy controls,there was significant difference in the level of CRP between obese and non-obese subjects （P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of CRP was correlated with BMI （r = 0191 ,P = 0.009）, FINS （r =0.146, P =0.049） ,FPG （r =0.132,P =0.046） ,insulin resistance index （r =0.140,P=0.045）, triglyceride （r =0.212,P =0.003 ）,and cholesterol （r =0.263,P =0.002） ,respectively. Conclusion：CRP may be a main factor linking obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
