摘　　要：用ＣＰＤ矩阵法解析高灵敏ｍｅｓｏ－四－（４－甲氧苯基）卟啉—铜、锌显色体系的导数光谱，提出了同时测定生物样品中铜和锌的计算分析方法．该法灵敏度高，选择性好，在ｐＨ７．０５且有吐温８０存在时，用于人发和血清样品中铜、锌的同时测定。The derivative spectra of the highly sensitive color system of TMOPP Cu,Zn are analysed and a computerized analytical method for the simultaneous determination of copper and zinc in bio samples developed.The proposed method is highly sensitive and selective,and has been applied to the simultaneous determination of copper and zinc in human hair and serum samples.The results are in good agreement with those of atomic absorption spectrometry.
