摘　　要：针对采用人工方法维护知识库存在的弊端，对知识库在一致性和完整性方面存在的问题进行了分析，给出了循环规则、冲突规则、等价规则、子规则、遗漏规则、不可达子句和死子句的定义及其检查方法。ln this paper. aimed at disadvantages in maintaining knowledge base byhandwork, the problems. occurring on the cosistency and integrality of the knowledge base areanalysed. and the definitions and checking methods of the circulation rule, conflict rule.equivalence rule, sub - rule, omission rule, inaccsible clause and dead clause are given
