水泥基渗透结晶型防水剂在地铁应用的试验研究

摘　　要：Penetron Adm ix是一种在混凝土拌和时加入的新型水泥基渗透结晶型本体防水添加剂。采用广州地铁工程混凝土所使用的原材料和配合比,在试验室研究了添加Penetron Adm ix后对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:掺入一定量的Penetron Adm ix后,混凝土拌合物的流动性能提高;硬化混凝土的抗渗性能显著提高,渗透压力比大于267%;抗压强度也有所提高;但混凝土收缩值比基准混凝土稍大。裂缝自修复试验表明掺入Penetron Adm ix的混凝土试件在水或潮湿条件下确实具有裂缝自修复功能。Penetron Admix is a new type of cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing （CCCW） material which was added in concrete mixture. The effect of adding Penetron Admix on the performance of concrete which was manufactured in the same raw materials and mix proportion as Guangzhou metro engineering concrete was studied. The results show that, comparing with blank specimens,the flowahility of fresh concrete is improved, its impermeability is obviously increased and the penetration pressure ratio is more than 267%, and its Compressive strength is also augmented,but the shrinkage ratio is somewhat greater than blank concrete. The crack autogenous healing test has demonstrated that the concrete with Penetron Admix have the ability to autogenously heal a crack in water or moisture condition.
