超声在乳腺疾病Mammotome微创旋切手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价超声对乳腺病灶的诊断和在引导Mammotome微创旋切术中的作用。方法:26例女性患者42处乳腺病灶在超声引导下行Mammotome微创旋切术,超声实时探测旋切全过程,所有切除组织均送病理学检查。结果:42处病灶一次性切除,超声诊断纤维腺瘤17例、囊性增生3例、纤维腺病瘤22例,病理学检查示纤维腺瘤12例、囊性增生3例、纤维腺病瘤26例、积乳1例。结论:超声引导下乳腺病灶微创旋切术是一项既简便、安全、有效,又美容、无痛苦的微创技术,具有很好的临床应用前景。Objective To evaluate the roles of ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive potary surgery in the diagnose and treatment of breast diseases. Methods Fourty two mastotic focuses of 26 patients were excised by mammotome minimally invasive potary technique under real time ultrasonic guidance. All removal samples were sent for pathologic diagnosis. Results All mastotic focuses were completely removed one time. Seventeen cases of fibroadenoma, 3 cases of cystic hyperplasia and 22 cases of fibroadenosis were dignosized by uhrasonography. Pathologic resutls showed 12 cases of fibroadenoma, 3 cases of cystic hyperplasia, 26 cases of fibroadenosis and 1 cases of breast mass. Conclusion Ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive potary surgery is a good perspective microtraumatic technique as well as a convenient, safe, effective and analgetic cosmetic surgery.
