摘　　要：研究测定了人白细胞的光散射常数和散射截面，推导了细胞数密度、浓度和比容与散射光和透射光之间的函数关系．用散透比和透射光强对数表征上述光学参量是该项研究的特点，为实用医学仪器的设计和新诊治病变方法的研究，提供了参考。The scattering coefficient and the scattering cross - section of human white cells is measured. The functional relationships of cell number density. concentration and hentatocrit to scattered light and transnzission light are derived. The above - mentioned optical paramoters are expressed in the ratio of scattered intensity to transttitted intensity and the logarithm of transzaitted intensity .
