摘 要:讨论了分布式远程监控系统顺序控制的过程和特点;分析了基于点对点拓扑的监控网络在广域网中无法达到理论效率的原因。提出了一种利用 Overlay 网络概念,建立分布式远程监控系统的网络构架,提高顺序控制性能的优化方法。主要包括:扩展监控单元属性、分析和计算监控网络的 Overlay 拓扑。经过数字仿真和实际广域网实验,顺序控制周期分别缩短 33.33%和 12.84%,说明基于 Overlay 网络设计的监控网络能够有效地提高顺序控制序列的效率。In theory, point-to-point topology of remote monitor and control network in internet is high efficiency. However, in practice, there are many routes between two nodes with less latency than the routes offered by today's IP infrastructure. Reasons of low efficiency of sequence control in distributed control system were discussed, and architecture of remote control network based on overlay network was provided, some methods for building the overlay network over remote control system were analyzed. The solution includes properties of control unit extension, and control network topology calculation. Extensive simulations show that the architecture is very efficient. NS2 simulations and Internet tests increase rates by 33.33% and 12.84% respectively.
