摘 要:平衡式变量叶片泵是一种基于专利技术[1]的含有浮动块的新型容积式叶片泵,该泵应用在汽车转向助力泵等工况,是一种较有应用前景的新型叶片泵。同时建立了平衡式变量叶片泵的流量方程,对叶片泵的变量机构在Adams环境下建立仿真模型。选择不同的转向泵参数进行动力学仿真,对仿真结果进行详细分析和比较。所得到的浮动块体位移等参数能够较精确的反映变量机构运动规律,也验证了该模型的有效性,为样机的优化设计提供指导建议。Based on the study of the patent, a new variable displacement of double-action vane pump was discussed, which consists offloating blocks. The pump belongs to an automotive hydraulic power steering system, and prosperous utilization is expected. In the meantime, the mathematical model for the flux of pump was established and the variable machines were modeled in Adams. Different parameters of pump were selected in simulating programming and the simulation results were analyzed. According to the displacement parameters of floating block, accurate motion simulation of pump's variable machines were accomplished, and the simulation model was proved to be valid. The important advice for the final design was shown.
