摘　　要：以轧钢机的万向接轴为例来探讨转轴的裂纹诊断，应用时间序列建模分析法和谱分析技术，从理论和实验分析两方面研究了轧机万向接轴裂纹故障的诊断问题．文中以小四辊轧机万向接轴为例，用线切割机制造了两类８种不同深度的裂纹故障，从信号采集。Using the method of time series modeling analysis and the technique of spectrum analysis,thispaper deals with the diagnosis of the crack foult in shafts theoretically and experimentally. The paper takes the universal shaft of small fourroller mill as an example,studies two kinds of crack faults with eight different depths in the shafts made on line cutting machine and finally develops a complete diagnosis method from the collection of signals,establishment of time series model,and the analysis of data.
