滋肾丸及其提取物的体外抑菌试验

摘　　要：目的:对滋肾丸及其提取物的抑菌作用进行研究。方法:采用试管双倍稀释法和固体培养基法比较观察样品的体外抑菌作用。结果:滋肾丸及其提取物对大肠杆菌、不动杆菌、变形杆菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、奇变杆菌的抑菌作用均强于三金片。结论:滋肾丸及其提取物对试验菌有一定的抑菌和杀菌作用。Objective： To investigate antibacterial Artimicrbial test of Zi Shen Pill and the extracts in vitro. Method： The antibacterial experiment of sample was performed by the liquid tube double dilution method and the solid medium. Result： the antibacterial effects of Zi Shen Pill and the extracts for Escherichia Coli,Acinetobacter spp,Proteus hauser, Streptococcus hemolytic, Staphylococcus aureus, PR. mirabilis were better than San Jin tablet. Conclusion： Zi Shen Pill and the extracts have bacteriostasis effects and sterilization effects on the experiment bacterial.
