厚朴温中丸质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立和完善厚朴温中丸的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中木香、厚朴、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定了方中君药厚朴中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的总含量。结果:鉴别结果理想,阴性对照无干扰;厚朴酚平均加样回收率为99.2%,RSD=1.2%(n=6);和厚朴酚的平均加样回收率为100.0%,RSD=2.5%(n=6)。结论:本方法快速简便,准确,可控制该制剂的质量。Objective： To Establish the quality standard for Houpu Wenzhong Pills. Method, Radix Aucklandiae, Cortex Maguollae officinalis, Radix Gycyrrhizae in this medicine were identified by TLC. The total contents of magnolol and honokioI were determined by HPLC. Result： The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguished well. The average recoveries （ n = 6 ） of magnolol and honokiol were 99.2% and 100.0% with KSD 1. 2% and 2.5% respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can he used for quality control of houpu wenzhong pills.
