七味都气丸中五味子醇甲的含量测定

摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法七味都气丸中五味子醇甲含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:钻石ODS柱(200 mm×4.6mm,5μm)。流动相:甲醇-水(64:36);流速为1.0ml·min^(-1);检测波长为250 nm;室温。结果:五味子醇甲的线性范围是0.12～1.48μg,r=0.999 9。平均加样回收率为98.2%,RSD=1.0%(n=9)。结论:该法可以用于测定七味都气丸中五味子醇甲的含量。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Schisandrin in Qiwei Duqi Pill. Method： The Diamond ODS column （200mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water （64： 36） and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. The UV detection wave length was at 250 nm and the column was at room temperature. Result： helinear range of schisandrin was 0.12 -1.48 μg（ r = 0. 999 9 ）, and the average recovery were 98, 2% （RSD = 1.0%, n = 9 ）. Conclsion： The method is helinear range of schisandrin was suitable for the determination the content of Schisandrin in Qiwei Duqi Pills.
