摘　　要：改进装备需求开发过程是提高装备需求质量的重要手段。针对装备需求开发特点,提出了一种轻量级的装备需求开发过程改进方法。首先基于CMMI建立了装备需求开发过程模型;然后设计一组调查表,根据调查结果评估装备需求开发过程的能力;最后探索了过程改进的有关策略。实例表明该方法能够有效地帮助装备论证部门评估现有需求开发过程能力,并提出有价值的过程改进建议。It is an important approach to increase the quality of equipment requirements through Process Improvement of Requirements Development. According to the features of equipment requirements development, a lightweight process improvement method is presented. First the process. model of equipment requirements devel- opment is established based on CMMI. Then a questionnaire about the requirements process is designed to evaluate the process capability. And several policies for process improvement are presented. The example shows that this method can help equipment demonstrators to appraise the current capability level of requirements development process, and gives valuable advices for process improvement.
