摘　　要：从实际运用的角度出发,以国家体育场停车诱导系统的设计为研究对象,选用美国国家ITS体系框架5.1版本作为系统开发的依据,在对框架的内容仔细分析和综合之后,结合国家体育场和停车诱导系统的自身特点,做出详细设计。This paper develops a Parking Guidance and Information System（PGIS） for National Stadium from the practical prospect.This paper selects the USA National ITS Architecture Version 5.1 as the guidance and the development of the Parking Guidance and Information System is totally based on the analysis and comprehension of the architecture context.
