清银丸治疗急性点状银屑病145例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟清银丸治疗急性点状银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将285例患者随机分为2组。治疗组145例,口服清银丸治疗;对照组140例,口服复方青黛丸治疗。治疗3疗程后观察2组临床疗效及不良反应情况,随访半年。结果:治疗组愈显率96．55％,总有效率99．31％;对照组愈显率82．86％,总有效率87．14％,2组愈显率、总有效率比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0．01)。治疗组无不良反应发生,对照组有34例发生轻度不良反应。治疗组125例完成了半年随访,124例无复发;对照组110例完成了半年随访,48例无复发。结论:清银丸治疗急性点状银屑病,具有见效快、治愈率高、无不良反应的特点,近期疗效满意。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingyin Wan (QW,清银丸) for acute psoriasis guttata (APG). Methods:285 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group (145 cases) was treated by oral use of QW; the control group (140 cases) by oral use of Qingdai Wan (青黛丸).The clinical effect and adverse reaction were observed after 3 courses of treatment,and a follow-up for half year.Results:The cured and marked effective rate,total effective rate were 96.55% and 99.31% in treatment group.and 82.86% and 87. 14% in control group respectively. The difference was very significant between two groups (P<0.01). No adverse reaction occurred in treatment group but adverse reaction occurred in 34 cases of control group..125 cases in treatment group were followed - up for half year,and 124 cases showed no recurrence.110 cases in control group were followed - up for half year 48 cases showed no recurrence.Conclusion:QW exerts prompt effect with high effective rate for APG. No adverse reaction occurs and the short - term effect is satisfactory.
