甲巯咪唑15mg顿服与糖皮质激素及左甲状腺素联合治疗Graves病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察甲巯咪唑15mg全疗程顿服，联合应用糖皮质激素和左甲状腺素治疗Graves病临床效果．方法180名患者随机分为A、B两组，A组给予甲巯咪唑15mg顿服，联合糖皮质激素和左甲状腺素治疗，B组采用传统方法治疗，监测患者甲状腺功能、血常规、肝功能及TSAb。结果A组TSAb阳性率治疗后下降更明显，Graves病的复友率低（P〈0．01），且副反应少（P〈0．05）。结论甲巯咪唑15mg全疗程顿服，联合糖皮质激素及左甲状腺素治疗可减少Graves病的复发，且副反应少。Objective To observe the effect of thiamazole 15mg once a day during the whole period of treatment combined with glucocorticoid and levothyroxine in the treatment of Graves disease（GD）. Methods 180 cases were chosen and divided into two comparing groups ran- domly： Group A and Group B. Group A were treated by thiamazole 15：ng once a day during the whole period of treatment combined with glucocorticoid and levothyroxine, Group B were treated only by thiamazole. Results The positive rate of TSAb and the relapse rate of GD in group A has declined more than group B（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Thiamazole 15mg once a day during the whole period of treatment combined with glucocorticoid and levothyroxine shoud be a effective and safe way to treat GD.
