羊毛染色含铬染料替代产品与技术的研究

摘　　要：文章介绍了长期使用的媒介染料对人类和环境的危害,以及用作羊毛染色的诸多弊病,以期引起毛纺行业和相关部门的高度重视。同时介绍了活性染料在羊毛染色方面,染料、助剂等方面的沿革与发展趋势。研究结果表明,活性染料因色彩鲜艳、牢度优良、价格适中,而成为代替媒介染料以及含媒染料的优良产品,也是未来毛用染料的主选产品。In order to draw high attention of experts of wool textile industry and relative department, the harmful result of using chorme dyes to human beings and environment in a long time was described as well as the drawback of application on wool dyeing. Moreover, the evolution and developing of application of reactive dyes on wool dyeing including dyestuff, auxiliaries and using method were introduced. The research showed that reactive dyes should be as a substitute for after-chorme dyes for its wonderful performance on color, fastness and price, also be a leading products in dyestuffs for wool dyeing.
