摘 要:国家体育场焊接箱形截面桁架柱外柱节点中采用了内设加劲肋的K型搭接节点,且部分节点与次结构腹杆相连接。为考察此类构造复杂的桁架外柱节点的静力承载性能,分别进行了无次结构和有次结构外柱节点的1∶4缩尺模型试验和有限元分析。本文详细介绍了节点试验的试验方法和结果,给出了节点的应变发展规律、受力性能和破坏模式。试验结果和有限元分析结果表明,采取了内设加劲肋等加强措施的桁架柱外柱节点具有较高的承载性能,节点强于杆件。To investigate the static behavior of the connection of outer trussed columns for the National Stadium, which is an overlapped bird-beak K joint with or without web members of secondary structures, two 1/4-scale model tests were carried out for joints with and without web members of secondary structure, respectively. This paper reports the test method and the test results, including the strain distribution, the strain development, the failure mode, the capacity of the joints. Both the test results and the finite element analysis results indicate that the overlapped bird-beak K-joints with stiffeners of outer trussed columns for the National Stadium have a high load bearing capacity and the joint strength is higher than the respective members.
