摘 要:为研究国家体育场钢结构扭曲箱形构件的抗弯性能,完成了4个1/2.5缩尺试件的往复加载试验,试件的变化参数为壁板宽厚比和箱形截面内的加劲肋间距。试验结果表明,试件的破坏形态为壁板受压局部屈曲导致丧失承载能力,板件宽厚比过大是导致局部屈曲的主要原因。壁板宽厚比为120、加劲肋间距与壁板厚度之比由120减小至80时,试件的初始刚度增加很少,抗弯承载力和变形能力没有增大;壁板宽厚比为80、加劲肋间距与壁板厚度之比由84减小至54时,或加劲肋间距与壁板厚度之比为80、壁板宽厚比由120减小至80时,试件的初始刚度增加,抗弯承载力增大,抗弯性能得到改善。In order to study the flexural behavior of steel twisted box-section members of the National Stadium for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, 4 two-fifth scale, thin-walled, steel-plated box girders curved in plan and distorted along its axial line were loaded under reversed flexural bending to failure. The variables considered were the width to thickness ratio of surface plate and the space between stiffeners placed inside of box-section members. It was found that all specimens failed in local buckling of the surface plates under compression. For specimens with surface plate width to thickness ratio of 120 when the ratio of the space between stiffeners to the thickness of surface plate reduced from 120 to 80, the elastic stiffness had little increase, the flexural strength and the deformation capacity were not improved. For specimens with surface plate width to thickness ratio of 80, the ratio of the space between stiffeners to the plate thickness reduced from 80 to 54, or for specimens with the ratio of the space between stiffeners to the plate thickness of 80, the surface plate width to thickness ratio reduced from 120 to 80, the elastic stiffness as well as flexural strength increased, and the flexural behavior was improved.
