摘  要:介绍了广谱高效杀螨剂吡螨胺的物化性质、合成方法、毒性及在农作物上的应用。采用草酸二乙酯、丁酮、水合肼、硫酸二甲酯、对叔丁基苄胺等为主要原材料,经七步反应合成吡螨胺原药,总收率以草酸二乙酯计达到56%,产品纯度达到97.5%。试验结果表明,所选方法反应条件温和,操用简便,原料成本低,适合于工业化主产。This paper introduced the characters, synthetic methods, toxicity and application of Pyranica in crops, which is a kind of fungicide with broad spectra and high performance. Pyranica was synthesized through the sevenstep reactions from the materials such as diethyl oxalate, 2-butanone, hydrazine hydrate, dimethyl sulfate, 1-(4- tert-butyl)benzylamine. The total yield for the synthesis of Pyranica was 56% based on diethyl oxalate with the purity of more than 97.5%. The experimental results showed that the present procedure had advantages of mild reaction conditions, easy operation and low cost, and these will make it more suitable for industrial process.
