多发性肌炎与皮肌炎36例心脏损害的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:总结多发性肌炎(polymyositis PM)与皮肌炎(dematomyositis DM)心脏损害的临床特点。方法:收集我院1999-2005年36例PM和DM患者的临床和实验室资料。分析心脏损害的发生率,心脏损害的类型。结果:30.6%病人发生心脏损害,心肌缺血2例,肢导低电压3例,心律失常3例,其中左束支传导阻滞1例,心包积液2例,心力衰竭1例。结论:心脏损害是PM/DM的常见并发症。心脏损害PM/DM预后不良。Objective：To assess the features of cardiac involvement in polymyositis or dermatomyositis（PM/ DM）. Methods： Collecting medical records of 36 patients with PM/DM from 1999 to 2005 and analyzing the prevalence and the type of cardiac involvement. Results： The incidence of cardiac involvement was 30.6 %, including myocardial ischemia - two cases, limbs low voltage - three cases, arrhythmia - three cases, one case is left bundle branch block. Pericarditis - two cases, Congestive heart failure - one case, Conclusion： Cardiac involvement is a usual complication of PM/DM, The cardiac incidence raise up with ANA, and involvement of the heart in PM/DM Was prognostically a bad sign.
