摘  要:在正交实验的基础上,通过单因素试验研究了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂CaO含量及甲醛与苯酚的物质的量之比对可发性酚醛树脂合成及性能的影响。结果显示升高反应温度,延长反应时间,增加CaO用量,增大甲醛与苯酚的物质的量之比,都能使树脂的黏度和固含量增大,从而使凝胶时间减少。经优化的酚醛树脂合成的条件为:反应温度80℃,反应时间3.5h,催化剂CaO用量4g,甲醛与苯酚的物质的量之比1.6。同时考察了反应时间对树脂水稀释度及游离甲醛含量的影响,结果表明在反应1h内,游离甲醛含量和水稀释度快速下降,而后趋于平缓。由树脂的红外光谱分析可知,酚醛树脂中含有羟甲基,羟甲基的存在有利于树脂在发泡过程中的固化反应。Based on orthogonal experiments, the effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, CaO catalyst content and the molar ratio of formaldehyde to phenol on the synthesis and property of foamable phenolic resin were investigated. The results showed with the rise of the reaction temperature, the prolongation of the reaction time, the increase of the CaO content and the increase of the molar ratio of formaldehyde to phenol, both the viscosity and solids content of the resin increased, which made gelation time decreased. The optimized synthetic conditions were that the reaction temperature was 80 ℃, reaction time 3.5 The effect of the reaction time on the water thinning degree h, catalysts content 4.0%, and F/P molar ratio 1.6. and content of free formaldehyde of the resin was also studied. The result showed both the water thinning degree and content of free formaldehyde decreased rapidly within one hour, and then tended to be stable. From FTIR spectra it could resins. The existence of hydroxymethyl was beneficial to the solidify be known that there was hydroxymethyl in PF reaction in the foaming process.
